AmarAbierto is the Mexican representative for the LatinAmerican Food Design Network (Red LaFD) we designed and produce the first International Food Design Forum in Mexico. An event that gather the most renowned key players on this field, to explore the relationship between innovation, design, art, nutrition, slow food, and gastronomy.

UNESCO´s CREATIVE CITIES NETWORK
The lab for cultural innovation at AmarAbierto was the responsable of making the dossier for the creative cities network application in 2015.
We are now in charge of bridging the UN Sustainable Development Goals to all the strategic projects of Ensenada Creativa as part of Unesco´s Creative Cities Network.
