G.

"G." is a pop-up project from Ensenada´s Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. A concept by AmarAbierto that explores the joy behind the act of GIVING & SHARING each other; a gastronomical adventure designed to have fun with our creative being and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Our first guest is Brazil, played by Floripa´s Chef Pedro Soares, who is joining the crew @Ensenada Creativa, for the following two months (April-May) to explore our culture, gastronomy, ingredients, and friendship.

Open to share his creative process and TASTE on food & cooking. The agenda includes a series of master classes, food design workshops, concept brunch parties and friendly face offs with Ensenada´s local chefs.
